Reservations, Final Payment and Security Deposit:

$100 plus tax per sled deposit at time of booking and remaining balance due on day of rental.

THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT if not canceled within 48 hours of scheduled reservation. It can be applied towards your next rental which will be valid only for current season.

Deposits are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions, illness or you are unable to make your reservation for any reason.

$500 security deposit to be held on credit card at time of rental per sled.

DRIVER WILL NOT AND HAS NOT CONSUMED ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR ANY SUBSTAINS THAT COULD ADVERSELY AFFECT THEIR ABILITY TO SAFELY AND SUCCESSFULLY OPERATE THE SNOWMOBILE.

Driver will operate the snowmobile only in areas designated for that use under state and local law, and will not trespass on any property onwhich the drivers are not authorized.

Renters may not transport snowmobiles in any way to any other location without written approval from BAR

Renter cannot permit the snowmobile to be used: 1) by anyone other than the authorized driver. 2) to be operated in a test, race, or contest. 3) to be used on any frozen or open bodies of water ***Renter will be responsible for all recovery fees, fines, and total loss of snowmobile 4) other than its intended purposes and following manufacturer guidelines.

Renter is responsible to acquire their own trail pass if traveling to the TOW trail system

*Helmets are included with rental for all drivers and passengers*

All sleds equipped with heated shield plug (Helmets provided are not equipped with heated shields, please feel free to bring your own helmet)

Renter Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license Must be 21 years of age Valid Credit Card Must sign liability/damage waiver Must sign rental agreement

Pick-up and Drop-off times:

Hours: 9 am – 5 pm 7 days

- Snowmobiles will be available for pick-up at 9am

- Snowmobiles must be returned by 5pm on the last day of rental.

– Late returns will be charged $25 per half hour past 5pm. (Per sled) until 7pm. Any sleds returned after 7pm will be charged a full day rental fee. Please plan ahead.

- Renter is responsible for notifying BAR immediately if issues arise such as snowmobile failure, injury or damage

Payment Methods:

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, and Venmo (3% Fee Applies)

Other fees:

-Prices do not include sales tax (8 %) -$10.00 per gallon refuel and service fee for all snowmobiles not returned with a full tank

Damages:

The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the snowmobile during the rental period. There is NO additional insurance that we can provide for damages to your rental, you are responsible for damages.

I agree to pay for the loss of use of any vehicle at the full day rental rate for each day from the date of damage until the vehicle is repaired/replaced and returned to rental service, not to exceed 14 days.

If snowmobile is rendered inoperable regardless of whose fault, I, the renter will be charged any and all recovery costs to bring it back to the rental facility.

I am personally am financially responsible for all damage to the snowmobile including but not limited to damage caused by weather, acts of God, or terrain

Safety tips:

-Please dress accordingly. We will provide a helmet for each driver and rider but, you must come prepared for riding in the COLD conditions.

-Always Ride Right and within your abilities. Treat the snowmobiles with respect. Please stay on marked snowmobile trails, maps are available upon request. Remember, you are responsible for yourself and others on the trails.

–Drinking and driving will result in an immediate termination of your rental. -When stopping be sure to take the keys and your helmet. Again, you are responsible for the rental.
